This is a reference, not a recommendation. FDA status is listed accurately for every treatment. "Not FDA-cleared" means the protocol itself has not gone through FDA review — the equipment may be FDA-cleared, but the specific treatment protocol has not.

The Ampa One Day Accelerated Protocol, PrTMS, and LP-TMS are not FDA-cleared protocols. They may use FDA-cleared equipment, but the specific treatment approach has not been reviewed by the FDA. If a provider references any of these, ask about FDA status directly.
IV ketamine and KAP use ketamine, which is an FDA-approved drug — but its use for depression is off-label, meaning the FDA has not specifically approved it for that purpose.
